Refund Policy
REFUNDS:
It is rare that a customer will request a refund, however, if you do, we have a 30-day return policy, and you must request a refund within 30 days of receipt of your item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all of the original accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must first contact us to be issued an RMA number!
To start a return, you can get an RMA number by opening a tech support ticket at this link.
Please note that returns will need to be shipped to the following address:
RM Laser No. 68, Weisi Road Liaocheng, 252024 Shandong, China.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the crate is damaged upon arrival, have the delivery driver wait until you open and inspect the machine!
If you see any visible damages, you can refuse the delivery and contact us for further assistance.
If you accept a damaged crate, please add the phrase, "Damaged upon delivery" next to your signature on the paperwork, and take clear photos of the damage with the delivery truck in the photo.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14-days (fourteen), for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please open a tech support ticket at this link.
